Can I only pay in Euro?

Yes, for the moment we only accept payment in Euros. More currencies will be added in the future. For GBP go to www.natureplanet.co.uk

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return a product within 30 days after receiving it. Contact shop@natureplanet.dk for a return shipment no. before returning your product.

When do you ship my product after I order?

When receiving orders on weekdays, we pack and ship within 24 hours. We do not pack and ship products on weekends or on Danish bank holidays. During the summer vacation time (July/beginning of August) we ship within 3 working days.

Where can I pick up my delivery?

In Germany we deliver our products via GLS parcel pick up shops. In France we deliver to private adresses. 

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery within Denmark, when buying products for min. 50 Euros. For the rest of the EU we offer free delivery, when buying for min. 70 Euros. Countries outside the EU we do not offer free delivery, but charge a 6 Euro delivery fee.

Do you ship products outside Europe?

At the moment we do not offer to ship our products outside Europe. Any orders coming from outside Europe will be cancelled and the full amount will be returned.

How do you measure your products?

The size indication of the product is always measured on the longest part of the product. Be aware since we are talking about handmade plush products, there are tolerances of +/- 10%.

My product looks damaged when opening my package?

Write us an email and incl. a picture of the claim you have to shop@natureplanet.dk and we will be happy to help you. Please always include your order no. when contacting us.
